He got a script and different artist then each does one or several pages. As some characters are "in progress" at the moment being created by other artists, I had to jump to page 15, where all the characters and places either were new or already established.
The dishwasher boy may look like he's wearing fancy clothing, but... In pre-industrial societies all clothes are hand sewed, and fabric is *extremely* expensive. Thus, a lot of recycling is often used among the less-to-do-with people, meaning that clothes often is created by reusing parts of old clothes.
In modern society complicated patterns means expensive clothing, but in pre-industrial societies it might very well mean the exact opposite.
