Centaur Unicorn

Something I started when I moved into my new apartment, and I since have had lying half finished on the TV table laughing at me, while I sweated over a bunch of Bella Sara pictures.

Made without using any sort of references. So there's probably plenty of anatomical mistakes, but I'm rather pleased with this... Horse anatomy is hard to get right.

Here's a tip to get excitement in your geeky life. Work on and off on something with markers for weeks, and then decide NOT to scan the almost finished result, before you start adding blue shadows on the skin and fur. It's such a fantastic experience to see the fur turn green, I can only recommend it.
OK, so it turned less green after another layer of yellow/brownish fur. It was still a rather thrilling experience.

Made with PAntone Tria markers, Sakura Micron Pigment Ink and a white gell pen on letraset paper.
